Building Dapps on Base – the why and the how

On April 19th, 2023, APAC DAO hosted an exciting event called “Building Dapps on Base – the why and the how” at 9 PM (GMT 7+) together with 150+ builders from across Vietnam and SEA.

The event aimed to provide attendees with valuable insights into Coinbase‘s on-chain vision and their Base platform, including their tech stack and how to build on top of it.

The event featured distinguished speakers from Coinbase team including Hassan Ahmed – SEA Head of Coinbase, Gerald LONLAS – Engineering Manager, Yuyang Guo – Staff Software Engineer, Nguyen Q. Dinh – Senior Software Engine and Giuliano Octavianos – Indonesia Lead. The session was co hosted by Phuc Nguyen – Founder of Blocklens and SOTATEK., JSC.

Overall, the event was a fantastic opportunity for those interested in blockchain technology to learn more about building decentralized applications on the Base platform and to interact with the Coinbase team. APAC DAO team thanked all attendees for joining and hoped that they enjoyed the session and learned a lot about building Dapps on Base.
