APAC DAO at Inclusive FinTech Forum & Black Swan Summit 2025
As we reflect on the first half of 2025, APAC DAO proudly highlights our continued commitment to advancing dialogue and innovation at the intersection of finance and technology — not only in Asia-Pacific but across the globe. Two standout moments this year were our collaborations with the Inclusive FinTech Forum in Rwanda and the Black Swan Summit in Australia — both platforms that united global changemakers to tackle some of the industry’s most critical challenges.
Inclusive FinTech Forum 2025 – Kigali, Rwanda

Official Web3 & FinTech Community Partner | February 24–26
As an official Web3 and FinTech community partner to Elevandi, APAC DAO was honored to offer our community members exclusive complimentary tickets to the Inclusive FinTech Forum 2025, held at the Kigali Convention Centre.
Jointly organized by the Kigali International Financial Centre, Global Finance & Technology Network (GFTN), and the National Bank of Rwanda (NBR), the forum focused on unlocking financial inclusion through innovation, capital, and policy alignment.
Key Highlights:
-
Global Policymaker Engagement – Powerful discussions with government and financial leaders working to reshape access and infrastructure across Africa and beyond.
-
Exclusive Panels & Roundtables – High-level insights into fintech’s role in bridging the unbanked and underbanked communities.
-
Startup-Centric Tracks – Opportunities for founders to connect, pitch, and explore investment across frontier markets.
Black Swan Summit 2025 – Perth, Australia

Supporting Partner | March 24–26
Later in March, APAC DAO continued its global outreach as a supporting partner of the Black Swan Summit 2025, held in Perth and hosted by GFTN. This exclusive, future-facing summit convened some of the most visionary minds in Web3, fintech, AI, and sustainability.
With academic leadership from the University of Cambridge (CCAF) and The University of Western Australia, and official support from the Government of Western Australia and the City of Perth, the event was a strategic milestone for those working at the convergence of emerging technologies and real-world implementation.
What Made It Special:
-
Public–Private Synergy – Co-created solutions between regulators, institutions, and innovators.
-
Mission-Driven Dialogues – Focus on creating long-term, resilient, and sustainable financial systems.
-
Cross-Continental Representation – A global lens with Southeast Asia’s voice at the forefront through APAC DAO.
Why It Matters
These partnerships reflect APAC DAO’s global-first mindset — enabling local builders and regional stakeholders to tap into international platforms that drive meaningful change. From financial inclusion in emerging markets to the intersection of tech and sustainability, we remain committed to creating bridges that empower the Asia-Pacific region within global movements.
We’re grateful to all organizers, speakers, and collaborators who have welcomed our participation and leadership.
