Sui x APAC DAO – A Journey of Builder-First Community Events Across Asia

After a successful four-part series that spanned from Vietnam to Hong Kong, Sui and APAC DAO have demonstrated what a builder-first, community-led partnership can truly accomplish.

 

Together, we’ve co-hosted events that empower, connect, and celebrate the brightest minds in the Web3 space—from developers and investors to creatives and curious newcomers. Each initiative was designed with purpose: to provide real value, real insights, and real opportunity.

NFT Design Workshop with Rinoco – Ho Chi Minh City  

An intimate, hands-on workshop where participants learned to design and launch NFTs on Sui. This marked the start of our creative exploration in Web3 art and utility.

Sui x APAC DAO: XMAS & Year-End Party!

A festive celebration of the Sui community in Vietnam with games, Sui quizzes, dev demos, and prizes. It wrapped up the year with gratitude and renewed momentum for the year ahead.

VCs x Builders Mixer – Ho Chi Minh City

An exclusive gathering to bridge Web3 founders and investors. Hosted in a cozy setting, this mixer provided meaningful networking moments and set the stage for future collaborations.

Meme Culture Brunch – Episode 2 | Hong Kong (Side Event to Web3 Festival)

With 650+ registrants and 150+ attendees, this brunch explored the role of memes in branding and virality in Web3. It proved that creativity and community go hand in hand.

Vietnam Ecosystem Meetup – Saigon

From deep dives into the Sui ecosystem to community Q&A and strategic discussions about Vietnam’s Web3 future, this was one of our most vibrant community meetups to date.

BTCFi Unleashed: Satosui Meetup – HCMC

 

The first of our BTCFi series, diving into how Bitcoin is being reimagined on Sui. From staking mechanisms to BTCFi primitives, it brought builders and Bitcoiners into one room.

BTCFi Unleashed: Episode 2 – Vietnam Edition

 

Expanding on the success of Episode 1, this event brought deeper discussions and even a surprise guest appearance from Bitlayer’s Co-Founder. The Bitcoin x Sui vision continued to unfold.
