The Unicorn DeFi Workshop, co-hosted by Uniswap Labs, Koni Studio, and APAC DAO, brought together over 50 builders, developers, and DeFi-curious minds for an afternoon of education, conversation, and connection.

Held in the heart of Hanoi, the event provided a unique opportunity to explore the evolution of DeFi through the lens of one of its pioneers—Uniswap—and spotlighted local innovation through the work of Koni Subwallet.

What We Covered

• Uniswap’s Journey from V1 to V4:

  Attendees got a deep dive into the architecture evolution of one of DeFi’s most iconic protocols, exploring how it matured into its latest version and what that means for developers.

• Unlocking Power with Hooks:

  The introduction of Hooks in Uniswap V4 offers modularity and customization never seen before in AMMs. Builders gained insight into how these new tools can redefine on-chain interactions.

• Local Spotlight: Koni Subwallet

  Built by a Vietnamese team, Koni showcased how localized wallet infrastructure is enabling seamless onboarding and expanding access to DeFi tools across Vietnam.
