World Financial Innovation Series (WFIS)

???? Exciting news for the fintech community! Nicole Nguyen – the founder from APAC DAO will be speaking at the World Financial Innovation Series (WFIS) on April 4-5, 2023, hosted by Tradepass in Hanoi.

Vietnam has a high internet penetration rate and numerous smartphone subscribers, with close to 200 fintech organizations in the country. However, around 70% of the population is unbanked, presenting an opportunity for fintech growth.

The WFIS event, with the Vietnam Banks Association as a supporting partner, aims to provide a direct gateway to Vietnam’s Financial Services Industry and will attract over 350 technology and business leaders from leading banks, insurance, and micro-finance institutions across the region. The country’s fintech market is forecasted to reach $18 billion by 2024, with a growth rate that’s the highest in ASEAN after Singapore.

At APAC DAO, we’re proud to be part of this exciting industry and leverage our powerful network of 1,700+ members, 500+ projects, and 15+ APAC countries to educate, crowdsource, and support high-quality projects in a DAO-governing model. Our official partnerships with AWS, Alchemy, Tencent Cloud, and 30+ other global partners enable us to make a real impact.
